What is this herb

I know I know the smell, but I can't figure out what it is.

sage?
mint?

Mint or lemon verbena

Save perhaps? Doesn't usually have variegated leaves I don't think.

Some kind of mint, or maybe lemon balm?

Pretty sure it's not mint. Rub the leaves and smell them!

Tricolour sage?

Looks like sage tricolour.

Does it smell of Paxo stuffing? If it does, that's Sage. If it smells a bit like paxo but with a fruity note, Pineapple Sage.

It is tricolour sage (I have a plant identification app on my phone and just pointed it at your picture on my computer screen).

My dad planted loads of herbs but lost the labels. I did the rub and smell test but I just couldn't figure it out. Maybe because I don't eat stuffing. I will let them know
