Recently started the gym as I'm overweight and extremely unfit. I've been going for almost 2 weeks. I went again today at lunchtime and did weights and a bit of cardio but wow, my legs are in bits. I feel shaky and they feel like they're going to give way under me. I can barely walk down the stairs without feeling like I'm going to fall down them ðŸ˜
Please tell me it won't be like this every time after? Is there anything I can do to reduce this feeling?
