Spain entry requirement - help?

Do under 12s no longer need to complete the health control form? I’ve completed them for DH and myself but when I enter the DOB for DD it’s saying I don’t need to do it. Everything I’m seeing online says all passengers need it though! Any advice appreciated - have massive anxiety about getting this wrong.

Children 11 and under are now exempt for the health form.

My source is that I work for a travel company specialising in Spain, and it's my job to know Smile

Also if you and DH have digital covid certificates you didn't need to do it for yourselves, but no harm if you did.

I'm in Spain now you don't need anything for under 12s

Oh amazing thank you! There are so many conflicting things online and I had a mortal fear we were going to have to leave her in the airport like Tom Hanks Grin. Yes DH and I have covid certificates so we should be amply covered. Thanks for replying so quickly, I can stop panicking now.
