I have a pre-screening telephone call this afternoon and I'm trying to prepare answers to common interview questions.

So far I've got:

What can you offer?
Weaknesses?
Conflict resolution/challenging scenarios.

Describe a time when you've solved a problem.
Where do you want to be in 5/10 years?
What do you know about the company?
What would your colleagues say your strengths/weaknesses are?
Describe a time you made a mistake at work and how did you resolve it?
Describe a time you've provided excellent customer service.
Why should we pick you over everyone else?
How would you approach a task? (very vague but I've had this question recently).
Do you prefer group or individual projects and why?
Describe a time when something didn't go as planned and how you resolved it.
