I've bought some from Amazon, they are rubbish. I need to block out teen chat, snoring etc

Preferably online if possible

I use quies foam ear plugs. All the others hurt my ears and quies block everything out. You can get them online.

Rhubarb and custard ones on Amazon. Wore them for years offshore and slept in then.

I've worn earplugs every night for 30 years (don't ask) and have tried every brand/type out there.

These are by far the best www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07C1V2M16/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?th=1&tag=mumsnetforu03-21&ie=UTF8 and the only ones I use now.

I bought a trial pack from Amazon. There were about 11 different kinds for £4. Of course I get on best with the first pair I tried Grin.

Spark plugs memory foam for me.

Happy ears earplugs are excellent. You can get a trial pack. Each pair lasts me about 18 months too. I wear them every night.

This is what we call rhubarb and custard ones, they are standard in oil and gas industry. I also sleep in then. They are very comfortable.

I agree with the two PP; it has to be Howard Leight Laser Lite. Can buy good value multipacks on Amazon.

Absolutely these. Super soft, block so much noise out and are really comfy. If you find, as I do, that they are a bit long then just snip a bit off the wider ends (i.e. the ends that normally stick out of your ears).

So thankful to have found these!

I use the wax muffles ones from Boots. Ear plugs changed my life as I was such a light sleeper - the wax ones I hardly hear a thing.
