iCandy Peach - wobble

Bought an iCandy Peach all-terrain system for my daughter and she's so disappointed. The carrycot badly wobbles back and front, so badly that her son ends up down the carrycot if she takes him out in it. I've sent iCandy and vendor a video of the issue and they say it's normal and should lessen as he gets heavier. She really reluctant to take him out in it. Anyone else having problems?

I’ve had an icandy peach (but not the all-terrain) for all of my kids (all 4) so have had a few of them and none have wobbled! No that isnt normal imo and surprised they are saying it is? When I first read it I assumed it was second hand and damaged.

Thanks AHungryCaterpillar, it's a brand new system. Such a shame as it looks like a very sturdy system. I'm going to have to return it to store for them to view issue. I can feel my hackles up already!
