If someone at work sent an email to the office about a condition they have asking for a few adjustments, such as wear a mask with me, I might find x situation tricky and need a little bit more time (not so much work related, more a type of thing like I find navigating through the corridor to the toilet is tricky) - what would you think? They are semi senior if it makes a difference.
