I've just yesterday put a claim through CMs online and wanted to know more info, I've read a few threads and none of the stories sound as straightforward as its advertised online..
My ex is working and paye - so I cant imagine him being able to hide any of his true earnings.
I know he isnt going to be happy when he is approached by cms and may try to fight it because by using the calculator and estimating what mey earn by his occupation means he will need to pay me almost tripple the amount he is currently.
I know he wont take it on the chin and agree so I am probably going to have to go down the route of deduction of earnings. If this is the case I'm wanting to know of any time scales for when I should expect to get frequently paid. I should of done this years ago, my daughter is 10 and I work hard to provide for her myself.. the amount he contributes is laughable considering he must earn more than double me.. so yeah, any info would be appreciated, thanks x
