Reccomenedations for a back support

Just that really. My backs gone. Have pain killers from gp. Im just about mobile if hold back but struggling to balance. Just wondering if theres any semi decent supports.

It is good as has large velcro fastenings which keep it secure and if you eat you can loosen it a bit.

It might sound weird but get a walking/hiking stick until your back is a little better. Not having to use certain muscles to keep your balance because you have a third leg helps in healing. Also use an extra cushion or pillow when sitting.
