Issue with ‘Natural Cycles’

I started using a period tracking app, Natural Cycles, a few weeks ago. There was a free trial but I didn’t get on with the app, so decided to cancel my account before it went to the paid version.

Suddenly now weeks later, I’ve been charged £49 Confused I tried contacting the company but haven’t heard back, I tried leaving a comment on their social media pages but that was deleted within minutes of me posting, despite not hearing back from the message I sent.

just wondering if anyone else has had an issue with this company, or knows how best I can try and get a refund/get in touch with them.
