I have a first call with cafcass later today and I'm utterly terrified they won't listen and they'll believe my abusive ex who could be charming at times. I always felt we (DS+I) were lucky when I left ex as we went ballistic and it made it easier to show what he's like.
Not sure what I'm looking for really, a handhold, reassurance?
