Does anyone work at a school that uses this for paying for school dinners, school trips etc?
They have emailed saying I have had a refund on something that was cancelled and the money has supposedly been paid back onto the card.
It hasn't. It was three weeks ago and it's definitely not there.
Iris pay / parent mail will not deal with me because they only deal with the school. The school are saying iris pay will not give details of the card number or last four digits / bank account number of where they issued the payment because of GDPR.
So no one will help me with this refund I haven't received.
Does anyone have any suggestions what I do next?
The bank has triple checked it hasn't gone in.
It's not a small amount either and I don't want to write it off.
