Johnson will say whatever he thinks people want to hear and then potentially say something else tomorrow. If anybody truly thinks that he has an actual opinion or cares about any of this, they're sadly deluded imo.

Saying that I agree with him and just wish Starmer would do the same. Don’t trust him one bit though. Still self serving and dishonest but no doubt lots of women will be taken in by it.

And yet we know about his tank topped bum boys remarks and he is quiet about his infidelities and numerous children.

I despair of the utter stupidity of the people who are crowing about this and rejoicing that now they can vote Tory, because Boris is the voice of common sense and standing up for women and girls.

Boris Johnson doesn't give two tugs of a dead dog's cock about women. Or trans and non-binary people. Or any other disadvantaged group. He's still the same cynical, sociopathic money-grubbing monster he was last week. He's still just as happy to see the poor, sick and disabled die like flies to protect the interests of the super-rich as he was last week. He's still the same lazy, slovenly, lying, arrogant sack of guts he was last week.

Only now he's reaching for low-hanging fruit like "transwomen are men" to try and score a few more votes from people so blinded by one issue that they're happy to sell the rest of us down the river over it. More fool you if you fall for it.

I don’t think I am blinded by the issue so much as believing that once we redefine what a woman is, womens rights have gone.

He may as well write “please don’t think about the cost of living crisis” on his face.

It’s just for the elections. The tories do not care about anything but themselves. Women are being heavily hit by the state of things at the moment. The tories do not care about women.

Mr Johnson has said this today to distract from the National Insurance increase which takes effect today.

I don't think he will actually do anything though.
