Sat in my rarely quiet kitchen just now and heard a drip, further investigation shows the the floor surrounding the under the sink cupboard (doesn't open due to dishwasher placement!) is sodden and wet, the flooring looks bubbly and all the surrounding kickboards are damaged and the side end of the cupboard - from the floor upwards (hidden by another appliance so not easy to see)
I am guessing it is the dishwasher drainage as we had an issue around 4 years ago which was fixed but it didn't affected the cupboards and floor.
I can't get into the cupboard without moving the dishwasher to assess the damage under the sink and will need help with that!
Is this something I can claim for on my house insurance? The kitchen isn't new, it's at least 20 years old if that makes any difference?
