I read my meter yesterday and had used 940 kW h between 13 February and 31 March 20.6 per kW which is now going up to 29 per kW.
Bill was 215 quid and I already paid a direct debit of 120 last month.
I live alone only have Electricity.
I used heating most evenings in winter and used like warm water for half my showers.
A few short showers and one 20 min one per week.
I dont use a kettle or use tumble dryer.
Only average 1 or 2 load of washing every 7 or 8 days.
I was told my DD will be 175 last month but they seem to give me another 200 quid plus bill when I put a meter reading in??
Help...
