Renting- offer accepted!!

We've been looking to move for the last few months and have had our offer accepted for a new property. I am chuffed!
We have 2 small dogs so it's been difficult to find somewhere we want and we're accepted but today I viewed a property and they have accepted our offer.
I did write a note about us for the landlord and offer more rent because of the dogs.
So happy!
