What is the point of this service?
It's doesn't actually help us mother's when the obviously the useless father's find loop holes in the service to get out of paying.
I have on my account that he owes £40. Changed to collect and pay spoke to adviser who currently said because he doesn't have to pay it will be rejected. If he works in future it be included in that. Some rubbish like that.
They need to scrap no point existing. If a service even has to tell a father to pay for a child. My son don't even see him and probably for the best. Waste of space.
Won't be manipulated again so he doesn't have to pay.
