Easter Baskets...

I usually don't go over the top on Easter but we've had a tough few months so I'd like to make this one special. With that, I'm looking for some ideas on things to put in the kids Easter baskets other than chocolate. (Don't worry, they'll still get chocolate!) Would love your ideas! Smile

Easter craft things. You need to be careful about setting expectations.

Depends on the age.

I wouldn't go for Easter craft when they get it on Sunday, we did any kind of Easter craft the week running up to Easter so it was on display.

DD normally gets a small gift plus chocolate. That can be a book, story book CD, dolls clothes, smellies, a small stuffed toy, fancy stationary.

Friends once gave her a cookie mix in a jar instead of an Egg, similar to these ones (who I find utterly overpriced)

It was a nice difference to just a box with a chocolate egg and DD had a great time making the cookies.
