I urgently need a sprung mattress that is not madde of foam. I have back issues and my physio said I must use a sprung mattress. 30 years ago they were made of material and springs and that is what I am looking for. No foam. A proper old fashione cotton sprung mattress if they still exist.

I bought 2 extra-firm Hypnos Ortho Mattresses last year, one Wool and the other is Silk and both are excellent.
From the retailer Nowtobed.co.uk. They always have some Hypnos mattresses with immediate availability. Just call them and ask.

I cannot sleep on an etra firm or orthapedic mattress. I have never had one but slept on one at a friends place and could not sleep properly. I woke up and was so stiff. I contacted my physio and was told a medium firm mattres woul be better
