False start bedtimes - 18m

For months now, DD who is almost 18m - and been a brilliant sleeper - can self settle etc, but has a couple of ounces of milk at bedtime.., sometimes no milk… then cries out for us to go in and finish her bottle about 30 mins after we’ve left her to sleeP. HELP!

Since she dropped to 1 nap we’ve been encouraged to pull bedtime forward to avoid overtiredness and night wakings; but it’s resulting in her not really being hungry enough for her bottle at 6.30… as she has dinner around 5pm

Anyone else experienced this? It feels like a false start, and is happening almost every night (not every night but almost!)

This isn’t a case of her not being able to self settle and fall asleep independently, as she has done this for months and we have no problems with naps… this is specifically bedtime and the bottle etc.

I’m thinking I need to push bedtime back again and hope she’s hungrier for the milk at 7pm then down, but worried about nightwakings and being overtired Confused
