Eek, just eaten 3 out of 4 of my chicken satay skewers from our local thai takeaway and then noticed that the chicken looks like this...am I going to die?!

It's a bit pink. I wouldn't have eaten it like that if I'd noticed it beforehand, but I've also eaten chicken that looks like that in a restaurant, before I clocked that it was a but underdone, and been fine.

It isn't all chickens that carry the germs that make you sick and it looks mostly cooked so hopefully will have reached the right temperature. I'd certainly complain and want my money back, but I wouldn't be expecting imminent death!

It's debatable, but I wouldn't eat any more of it.

I had a Chinese that was like this and I looked as it tasted funny! I'd eaten quite a bit but I was fine luckily

Most* are vaccinated against salmonella so you will probably be fine but I wouldn’t have eaten it either. I like my mega crispy, crispy so I know it’s burnt i.e. cooked.
