Anyone know about Vinted please?

I bought something, only the 2nd thing I've bought off there, and they've sent the wrong thing. I've informed the seller and they've said they'll get back to me. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm a bit stressed about it and worried I might have been scammed or something. Thanks

I buy loads of stuff and have had very few problems. If you don't click on the 'Everything is ok' button then the seller doesn't get paid, so click on the bit that says I have an issue, then the focus is on the seller to resolve it. Vinted will hold their money until you find a resolution and will step in if necessary (I've never got to this stage)
