I’ve got an adhd assessment with my psychiatrist soon but I haven’t had any forms or anything to prepare. Everyone else seems to get forms to fill out. But I’ve had nothing.

So does anyone have any tips on what I can do to prepare?

I got diagnosed last year with Psychiatry UK, double check with whoever is doing your assessment, to make sure they haven't fucked up in not sending you forms.

And just make sure that you have examples of how ADHD affects your day to day life, and if you can remember your childhood examples from when you were at school.
