Anyone ordered from Reformation?

Has anyone ordered from Reformation before? I’m trying to work out whether I’d get charged customs duties if they ship from elsewhere! A friend says she never has been but not sure if I want to risk it….

Have you checked whether a stockist in uk sells what you want. I know selfridges stocks it by way of example.

I have not, but there's a dress I really want, so this has been on my mind this week!

There are quite a few dresses on Depop and Ebay though, and this dressmaker has some convincing dupes - goldiewildflower.com/

I will say, that the dresses look amazing on their website on 6 foot tall size 4 models, and a loooot more like a nice summer dress from Whistles in the photos on Depop of people wearing them at weddings etc. That definitely gave me pause!

I am acutely aware I’m not a 6 ft size 4 model so may well end up not looking quite right but hey ho thought I’d try.

I’ll try other places too, thanks for other recommendations! I’m looking for wedding guest dresses, could do up to £250 as I can wear at quite a few weddings.

It's a pity their website hasn't followed the trend of having different sized models, because their dresses are gorgeous, but it would be great to see them on slightly more representative body shapes, and I say that as a UK size 10! I do suspect, from seeing pictures of them out in the wild, that their florals look a lot more pedestrian on an average frame!

By the way, I find that there sizing comes up quite small. I bought a lovely dress in Jan sales just before lockdown 2020 (which to be fair was pretty snug then). Sadly lockdown weight gain meant I have only got to wear it once!

Thanks, I’m assuming that too… I struggle with sizes as my hips are larger in comparison to my top half so I’m a smaller size if it’s something a line but anything tight over hips needs to be a bigger size (and looks awful!)
