We are having make your own subway sandwiches tonight. I have some roast beef and want to make roast beef, pickles, tomatoes lettuce and mustard. The DCs will have a selection of hams and cheeses and a side salad (has to be on a separate plate from an actual sandwich according to them- the horror! )

Easy and everyone will eat it.

That sounds so nice! We’re having salmon fillets tonight, probably with asparagus and tender stem broccoli and potatoes of some description.

Separate meal for DD 5 because salmon is “disgusting”Grin

Tagliatelle with roasted tomatoes, spring greens and taleggio. Sprinkle with parmesan.

I'm doing a big Greek salad with garlic bread tonight. Spring is here!

Now I want @Booksandwine80's dinner.

But DS1 is back from uni and he's veggie. It gets annoying cooking two different dinners, so we'll be doing loads of veggie stuff for the next few weeks.
