Anyone able to recommend a pedometer?

Can anyone recommend a good basic pedometer? I don't really want to spend loads on a fancy fitbit that you have to synch with your phone. I'd just like to know how many steps I'm doing. I know two people who've had fitbits and there's always problems - one had to be returned. I'm crap with technology anyway!

I’ve got an Omron walking style pedometer. They are £25 ish which seems quite expensive, but it counts steps accurately and you can just put it in your pocket or clip it on. I’ve had it for several years with no problems.

Can’t you just use the one on your phone?

@Kfjsjdbd - there's already one on my phone?? How do I access it?

What phone do you have?

Thanks, @Verveine, will have a look at Omron. That's all I need, a step counter.

Most phones have a pedometer inbuilt. It’s in Health on an iPhone.

Can I share a nugget with you. My niece got a vtech smart watch for her birthday, her older brother was scrolling through the apps and said 'hey look Thunder, it's got a pedometer on it! It can tell her how far away the nearest nonce is!' Confused
