A couple of days ago at 5 weeks pregnant I had a little bit of cramping & then had some bright red blood when wiping twice, which then turned into pink blood & not had it since. Still waiting for a scan on Friday but just wondering how optimistic I should be about whether things are ok? I had a missed miscarriage in December so I’m scared to have another loss x
