iPhone mobile data help please

Showing as 3G or 4g available but can't do anything online, I can't figure out why.

I'm really rubbish on tech now so I can't think what to do

Can anyone help?

Assuming you’ve got mobile data on, I’m going to channel the IT Crowd and suggest have you tried switching it off and on again?

I get that occasionally. I'm with Tesco. Turning off and on sorts it.
If it doesn't it's a fault with the provider. If at home switch off mobile data on the phone and use Wi-Fi.

Too many apps open? Flip up from the bottom to close them

Urgh they won't even admit there's a problem yet lots of reports and comments online

Main issue is I can't use my bank app which I need to do

Now on phone to bank on hold

Each customer service agent suggested a different totally nonsense "solution" without me saying what the others had said which suggests to me they're Fucking clueless and not even following a designed script!
