I'm 42 healthy as far as i know and I really can't be fucking arsed with much at the moment.
I work PT due to childcare/pet reasons but I'm struggling to be proactive and eat healthily.
I used to have brilliant willpower and it's just gone.

I've just motivated myself a little bit (after a couple of weeks of doing SFA and I mean SFFA as I'm retired) by using my patio door as a giant whiteboard To Do List.

Every thing goes on there - including the simplest of jobs like emptying bins, filling bird feeders, disposing of dead flowers etc, so there is always something to tick off, even if it's only taken a minute.

I keep a rotating 7 day tally at the top of the page glass and bigger jobs, (taking more than half an hour) get a double score.

Advantage is it's always there so difficult to ignore AND it disappears I can't see it when it gets dark.

And it is easy to clean on the rare occasion that I have a visitor

Best day, I have scored 10, and worst 3 😃😃 so I am far from perfect but at least I am doing something

I've had hormones tested before but that seems fine

I found a bullet journal in its simplest form gave me structure, and that's what I was missing.
