Carzam

Has anyone used carzam to buy their car? I have found just what I want but it's through carzam and I'm not sure how good they are. Reviews are mostly good but with some really bad ones (mostly poor customer service)

We've just bought through them. The purchase was easy but delivery was a pain. We planned to collect but the delivery hub got closed due to Covid on the day of collection. They said that we could pick up three days later but that would have been mid-week and we would be at work. So, they said they'd throw in free delivery. On the day of delivery our driver was diverted to deliver another car before ours, but no-one informed us of the change of plan - it ended up arriving after 8pm.

That said, the actual drop-off was very smooth; our delivery driver was a charming man, and the car itself is great.
