I feel I want to try it, but I know I'll have to change and I find it hard to make good choices.

I've seen it's red, amber, green foods. But I can't see how I can manage a cuppa and a carrot. Just just about manage to sub biscuits for breadsticks but then I eat a whole packet Blush I need to loose a conservative 8kg ideally 10

Hi. I'm doing it and am the lowest weight I have been for 20+ years. There is a lot about changing your life not just losing weight - which seems to be incidental - but it's helped me make real progress. It's worth doing the 2-week trial to see if this approach suits you. The only thing I would add is that there's a cheaper option via the NHS BMI checker.

Hi @Willowkins I've downloaded the NHS app I think you mean. Is it very similar to Noom? I was going to sign up to Noom but not entirely sure of the set up of it! Thanks!

Hi. Sorry I meant that if you go to this link www.nhs.uk/better-health/lose-weight/ further down the page is another link that gets you the Noom trial for £1 and £3.75 per week if you decide to carry on.
