Waking up & getting up

What time do you wake up and when do you get out of bed on school days and weekends?

I wake up around 6 and tend to get out of bed around 6.30am most days.

My alarm sounds at 6.45 on school days but I am often awake before this. I get up at 7. At weekends I like to be up by 8.30, or I end up feeling sluggish and like the day is wasted.

I’m usually awake around 6, although I’m usually up several times in the night and can wake much earlier, and I’m out of bed by 7 every morning. I like to get some chores done before the school run. I never lie in even at the weekend.
