Omg why haven't I discovered this stuff before. Woke up between nights yesterday with a splitting headache (hormonal). Took all
My usual stuff, but it was still lurking. Knew there was a jar of Tiger balm t work so decided to give it ago. Omg! My headache almost instantly disappeared. And didn't have to take anymore pain killers at all. What is this witchcraft?!!!

I've always got a pot of white and red on the go. I'm getting to the bottom of all 3 of my final pots from the UK, and not seen it here in France yet. I think it is 'banned' due to the camphor but I've not actually been on a proper mission to find it yet.

@liverpoolnana

Is it better for aching knees than (for instance) Voltarol?

I started using this (red Tiger Balm) recently and really rate it. I love the heat it gives off. It's very comforting and helps me sleep. I use it on temples,glands under my jaw if I have a cold, on my chest instead of Vicks vapour rub, swollen knee, inflamed muscles in my shoulders, behind the ears if I have earache - really excellent product. Wish I'd found it before. 🌹

I lived in Asia for years and so many women used to use it to 'make it tight for the husband' can you imagine the pain Grin
