Anyone know how you share a video from Facebook onto an instagram story?

As in your own story or another accounts?

If it is your own story you link both accounts and if you are on the story there should be an option to share to Facebook/Instagram

Another feed’s story. When it says share to instagram it only wants to send directly to someone in my contacts list annoyingly. I tried to send it to myself and then copy the link into a video on ‘create’ but doesn’t work. It’s a story made on fb platform.

You could screen record (some tutorials on google which explain this really well) and then you can save that and upload it? May work, worth a shot!!
