Difference in appetite when WFH v. In the office

WFH - normal appetite

In the office - absolutely none. It’s not that I’m too busy to remember or anything like that. Just…. Not that nice peckishness before lunch and dinner that makes you look forward it.

Anyone else?

I actually find the opposite. I'm much more hungry in the office than wfh. I think it's probably because office is longer days (I'm out the door for the train at 5:55am), so I'm probably just hungrier being awake longer.

No difference. Always hungry every couple of hours no matter what. I do miss the office cakes though

Depends. If I’m super busy at work I either don’t get hungry or I get hungry but have no desire to eat. Super busy at work = high stress so I guess that’s why.
