Is shipping free for your first vinted purchase?

I have just gone to buy my first item on vinted and it says there are no shipping costs. I am pretty sure items on vinted normally charge shipping costs. Is shipping free for the first purchase?

No... Sounds like the seller has not set it. There's a custom option where you put in your own price, sounds like they have chosen that one and set it to 0.

I got free shipping on my first order recently. Was definitely because I was new as I got DD to look at the same item and it was charging postage for her to buy it.

Aah maybe it is, I've only recently started using it and was surprised to not pay postage, I thought the seller was just being generous but looking back it was my first purchase and I've paid postage on everything since.

I much prefer it to eBay though, I hate bidding for things and having to be available at the end of an auction to try and get a bid in the dying seconds.
