Six Nations

Does anyone else find it really heartwarming and relaxing to watch? There seems to be more bonhomie between the teams and fans compared to other sports - with the banter mostly good natured - and with no Russian presence/influence it's largely politics free other than showing support to Ukraine.

I always have the rugby on when it's 6 nations time, even if I'm not intently watching it. It reminds me of weekend afternoons with my Dad and being allowed to eat snacks on the sofa (food wasntbto be eaten anywhere but the dining room normally)

I love the Six Nations and plan my Feb and March round fixtures, but having said that I love all rugby (mostly Welsh as that’s where I live). I am a football fan too but you’re right, there’s a special bonhomie around rugby, there’s generally no trouble at games apart from banter etc, just everyone enjoying themselves. There are some exceptions to this obviously…

It was a red card but the problem is now it just spoils the whole game.

AdoptedBumpkin · 12/03/2022 16:55

@Hellocatshome It's a shame - hopefully England can still be competitive.

A good effort from England with a man down.
