Do I use alot of gas ? What can I do

The pic shows what I use on my gas now and the change after April. This winter I think I probably had heating on for less than 7 days in all. I have a gas hob. And the boiler for hot water.

How much do solar panels help save on electricity

We don't have a bath, only a shower so that probably saves a lot, I honestly can't imagine how hot some peoples houses are, I'd hate it. I usually have my bedroom window open unless baltic.
