Has anyone travelled to Cape Verde recently? Very confused about antigen and PCR test.

We're going to Cape Verde in April and I'm just getting the tests booked. But it's a minefield.

It seems we can do either a PCR or antigen test. At home or in a test centre.

Could you give me ideas about the best way to do it.

We're looking for the least stressful way of doing it rather than the cheapest way.

We went on a cruise recently and had to do a lateral flow test. The tour operator gave all the details of vendors.

The actual test, which was FlowFlex (£21) , was done at home the night before departure. You had to take a photo of the cassette before the test, do the test let the app count down. Then photograph it afterwards and upload. About 10 minutes later, they sent the all clear certificate.
