It’s the inaugural night of your brand new kitchen. What would you cook?

Pretty much what the title says. My kitchen is officially finished today. Tonight we’re having takeout because I want to keep it sparkly but tomorrow I fancy doing an all out cooking session in celebration of not having one for so long. So, what would you cook because I can’t decide?!

What kind of food do you like?

Excellent, I'd do something that didn't splash too much, because I would weep if there was mess Grin What about Portuguese pork with rice, Malaysian curry, chicken tarragon or a stroganoff, or a veggie version of them?
Something that can be left to gently simmer while you quaff beer/wine/gin whilst admiring your new kitchen

Tartiflette.....the food of gods!

Lots of vegetables, I assume you've been on pot noodles and takeaways?

I would definitely bake. Fill the new kitchen with the smells of vanilla and cinnamon. Maybe a spiced apple cake or banana bread.
