Has anyone/known someone who’s had a rhinoplasty (nose job) abroad?

I have always wanted my nose done (it has a big ridge in the middle and is wonky). I have seen lots of adverts for plastic surgeries in Turkey and other areas of Europe. Does anyone have any experiences to tell or recommended surgeons? I just want to go somewhere affordable but safe!

No but a colleague had it done here in the U.K. but developed an infection/problems and had to make return visits.

With surgery abroad it may be cheaper but if there are problems, return visits can be expensive.
