Turned my phone onto silent last night and put on charge. This morning there was no life whatsoever, just the odd buzz. I put back on charge for a few mins (in case it didn't charge last night) and then pressed my start and volume buttons at the same time (as suggested in troubleshooting). I could then see the icon showing phone fully charged and it's now frozen on "Powered by Android". Tried switching it off and this message comes back.
Any ideas?
