Solar chargers

Hi all
With all the price rises, I was wondering if it's at least worth buying any kind of solar charger for my phone.

Several caveats
My phone is old and doesn't have wireless charging

I am currently living in a place with a balcony but - fingers crossed - hoping to move home and the new place doesn't have any outdoor space. I could only charge through the window.

Are there any chargers that will work in my situation?

Per charge, the average modern (as in, made within the last decade) mobile phone costs around a penny / £5 over the course of a year.

It’s high energy input devices like kettles and the oven which being cautious of energy usage will help bills with.
