Hello! We are planning a trip to Paris in November, and would like to visit the Musee d'Orsay. I have been before but a very long time ago and I am a bit less mobile now.

The only day we can go is the first Sunday in November - this is a real pain as it is free entry day and I realise that means crowds and queues. I don't really do crowds/queues but really want to go. Is it best to get there early and queue in advance? I may take a coat and sit on the floor...

I can't remember but is there lots of seating inside? I have ME so will need to rest.
*Is the cafe very expensive for a drink and a snack?
We are then going to catch the metro to the eiffel tower just for a look and a crepe !
