I've got a mattress with the built in Memory foam topping, it's not removable. As I am menopausal I'm have terrible night sweats and even though I use a Mattress Protector the Memory foam is badly stained. I've tried all sorts - Bicarbonate of Soda, Soap in a Bar form etc. The usual recommendations, but I can't shift the stains. Has anyone got any fool proof tips?

Go onto the Stressnomore.co.uk website, OP.
You should find exactly what you are looking for.

My adult dd who has severe learning difficulties also suffers from severe seizures and can sometimes unconsciously wet the bed. I now use a waterproof mattress protector but previously we had a few "Accidents" on her very expensive mattress and one of the Stressnomore sprays sorted it wonderfully. 👍

@user1471517095
Do you use a waterproof mattress protector ?
If not, you should, after using the product recommended by JadeSeashore
A really good brand of waterproof mattress protector is Velfont Velamen. It's a Spanish brand and has really soft cotton on top and a plastic underside. You can use it as a sheet or as an undersheet.
They are a bit more expensive than other waterproof protectors but are so worth it.
I find the non waterproof mattress protectors a waste of money.

The White Company used to do (not sure if they still do) a waterproof mattress protector with a soft cotton top and no obvious rustling or problems with overheating

I think I'll have to look into a waterproof Mattress Protector as I just have a cotton one. As long as it doesn't make me any hotter. I'd burst into Flames!

I have the Hippychick waterproof mattress protecter underneath a basic mattress protector and it's fab, very breathable and can be washed at a high temp.
