So the father said to me that he would win the court case just because he has a good job and that I’m not working as I need look after the 11 month old baby.
Is this generally true I just further advice I asked CAB for advice and they said it not the case as they would look other factors for child interest .
The father does not live with us as he doesn’t want to rent with us so I live with my mum. His excuse is that we argue but if you haven’t tried you don’t know right ? Tbh the father was an intl student here he didn’t have citizenship yet until he got a sponsor job and eventually change when he got a job here. As .he attitude towards me prove . As a women you know who is good to you
