If so…could you do me a favour please?
I just opened the app and had an absolute heart attack when I looked at my gas usage - when I last looked our winter gas use was showing as around £70 pm (2000kwh ish). I submitted a reading a few days ago so I thought I’d go and see if I needed to adjust my dd amount. Only to see that suddenly this equated to £400pm 
Once I had recovered 
I asked dh to have a look and it looks as if they are charging us the electricity unit price (17p) instead of the gas (3p). They aren’t suggesting I increase my dd amount - in fact they want me to reduce it so hopefully they aren’t actually going to go after me for several hundred pounds of gas that I haven’t used!
Can anyone on Ovo check their app for me please?
(We are fixed until June so I know that at the moment I am getting a good deal, errors aside!)
