Returns policy at Vision Express??

Don't know if this is pregnancy overthinking or not! Went for a check up at Vision Express, my eyesight changed a little. Ended up buying a new pair of glasses. But now I'm home I don't think I like the look of them and just realised I could have gotten them much cheaper / with an extra pair free elsewhere! Read they have a 100 days returns policy. But do they accept returns if you simply don't like them?? Feel anxious at the thought of going back to ask. Anyone done this before?

PS Only just ordered and paid for them yesterday. Not collected them yet. In case that makes a difference!

Yes, it is even if you don’t like them! I did the same thing, and it was absolutely fine to return them and get my money back

This is irrelevant but how pregnant are you? I had a check up at 10 weeks and they told me not to update my prescription during pregnancy or for a year afterwards as the eyes are affected by pregnancy and the prescription wouldn’t be accurate. Just so you know!

Yup I tried mine on with a mask but realised they looked awful without a mask and took them back. Also unless massive difference I probably wouldn’t get new glasses while pregnant as that can alter it a bit. I’d wait till baby is here.

Omg that is so good to know! I'm 36 weeks, was just trying to use my time off to clear errands. Always doubting myself these days. And I definitely have baby brain!

Thank you so much for your comments everyone! This has made me feel so much better. Just called the store and booked an appointment to return and sort a refund on the glasses. Thankfully had a voucher for the eye test so won't have wasted money on that!
