I've had real issues with finding a decent cleaner.
The first one cancelled at the last minute a lot.
The next ones increased their rate by £2 per hour. As they also used my products, this made them really expensive for the area.
I decided to try someone else. It turns out that it's a small business with a few different cleaners, instead of an individual. The first week someone came, she finished 10 minutes early. A different cleaner came this week. She also got everything done 10 minutes early, so she gave my living room a really quick clean in the remaining time. I was really pleased.
The boss has since messaged me saying that it's too much work to complete in the allotted time, so suggests I increase the time slot by an hour a week. How is it too much work if twice they've finished early? Are they trying their luck?
Sorry for the boring ranty post. I'm aware how lucky I am to have this issue.
