If you are a person working in either Admin or Healthcare, is there a support system for health and wellness?

Yea it's an employee health & well-being service you self refer

There is in my Trust but I have no experience of trying to access it

Work as admin in the community with district nurses and our trust actually have sent loads of information directly to our homes

Yes

There is an external Employee Assistance Programme helpline. I have bad experience of it, but I am just one person, others might find it useful and I don’t think all Trusts use the same one. There is a lot of information on our intranet about mental health and wellbeing and support.

Theoretically yes.

In practice not really.
